At Rewheel, we take great care in delivering your products to you. We partner only with reputed couriers such as Bluedart, FedEx, Delhivery, and others.
Free shipping is applicable only on select products/purchases. Wherever applicable, the shipping charges are quoted at the checkout.
We do not accept COD (cash on delivery), and hence all the orders are pre-paid.
All the orders are shipped within 3 (three) working days. If there is any delay in the dispatch, we will let you know over an email.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
In the rare event, something goes wrong, here is our return policy:
We accept returns only if you have received a damaged or incorrect product.
You can email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the damaged/incorrect product.
Please share all the pictures of the product and package in your email along with your order
Rewheel Care team will receive and review your return request. Upon approval, we will arrange
for a pickup at a time mutually agreed upon with you.
We will initiate the refund to the same source with which you have made the purchase, and after
we receive the product and the necessary quality checks.
We aim to process all returns within one (1) week of receipt of the product. If you have any

at all times.
All returns are subject to the discretion of our Rewheel Care team. But we’re an easy-going and
polite bunch of people, so please be rest assured that we will do the needful.
Please note that the cancellation requests are accepted only before the dispatch of the order.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel orders once dispatched from the warehouse.
Also, we can take requests concerning a change in your order only before we ship your order.
Please note that we do not accept any exchange requests at this point. However, you can always alter/cancel your order before it has been dispatched
